Hi, I’m Maisie!
I’m a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with experience working with teens. Through my work, I noticed a growing need for spaces where adolescents can connect, practice social skills, and feel less alone — and that’s how this passion project was born.

Creative Connections is a fun, supportive, art-based workshop designed for teens. I’ll be facilitating this workshop with Jessica Lavoie, a pre-licensed intern — because even I need a buddy sometimes, and now you’ll have not one, but two friendly guides to explore art, social skills, and just be yourself.
Through a guided art activity and group discussion, participants will:

·      Explore self-expression through art

·      Build confidence in social interactions

·      Practice communication and collaboration skills

·      Connect with peers in a safe, non-judgemental space

This is a 90-minute, one-time workshop — intentionally designed to gently encourage stepping outside of comfort zones without feeling overwhelming. Group therapy offerings are coming soon, but this workshop is a great way to “try it out” with no long-term commitment.

Please note: this workshop is not therapy and is not covered by insurance.

All teens are welcome. No therapy or art experience needed (I’m not an artist myself!). Register on your own or with a friend or sibling. Limited spots available.
