During this difficult time, it’s important to continue looking after your physical and mental health. This will not only help you in the long-term, it will also help you fight Covid if you get it.

At Manotick Counselling we are monitoring COVID-19 and its development. Serving our families remains a priority and protecting the health of our clients and our clinicians is of the utmost importance. During calls for social distancing and isolation, we still need connection. We will continue to see clients via telephone or videoconferencing as we continue to provide the best services we can.

We understand that this situation may be causing concern to you and your loved ones. Please follow the advice of reputable authorities such as the World Health Organization and

the Public Health Agency of Canada.

We can all take part in helping to prevent the spread of the virus. Some of the things you can do include:

Proper handwashing Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces Stay home when you are sick Avoid shaking hands

We will continue to monitor the situation, and if circumstances change, we will inform you as soon as possible. As per our office policy during this time, there are no charges for missed/cancelled appointments due to illness.
