Individual Counselling and Therapy

 

Manotick counselling offers individual therapy with clients. In these confidential one-on-one sessions, clients are able to identify, discuss and address any presenting problems that they would like to bring forward. The therapist's role is to facilitate the conversation and collaboratively generate ideas that would help the individual address any thoughts or behaviours that may not be serving the client well. They can help the client develop new coping strategies and teach techniques that the client may not yet have tried.

Our trained and experienced therapists are compassionate professionals who can provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for individuals who would like to work on issues such as: stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma including childhood trauma, grief and loss, relationship concerns, communication, workplace stress, spirituality, and other life challenges.
